REZNOR Waste Oil Heaters end that liability by burning used motor oils — crankcase oil up to SAE 50 and automatic transmission fluids — in accordance with EPA-sanctioned standards. But that's only half the story!
The other half, simply put, is free heat. REZNOR Waste Oil Heaters keep you and your staff warm and toasty all winter burning the same used motor oil you used to pay to discard. Of course, they also run efficiently on #2 heating oil when waste oil isn't available.
REZNOR produces four models, ranging from 140,000 BTU/Hour to 500,000 — the maximum allowed by EPA regulations. Each is available in a ductable version for use with an optional blower.
Also available is the Model RAB indoor boiler — pictured at right — incorporating the same style burner, oil preheater, and positive displacement pump as REZNOR's Waste Oil Heaters. Like the heaters, the boiler meets EPA requirements for disposal of used oil. The boiler is made of gray silicone-injected ultra-heavy duty cast iron, giving it excellent corrosion resistance, flexibility, and high thermal conductivity. The cast iron case together with a unique water flow pattern make the boiler virtually impervious to thermal shock.
The product of more than a century of heating experience, REZNOR Waste Oil Heaters and Boilers incorporate a patented flow control pump that automatically adjusts for varying oil viscosity. Unlike other brands, the REZNOR requires no manual adjustment!
